An album producer, composer, publisher, artist manager, concert promoter and a communications strategist from Singapore, Ken came under the spotlight in 2004 as a chief judge of the Singapore Idol series. Known to be honest and direct with his comments, he excels not only in one but in many areas of the music and entertainment industry.
A professional filmmaker who was formerly a board member of the Singapore International Film Festival for 5 years, Michael is also currently a board member of the Silk Road Film Festival in Dublin, Ireland. He is also the founder of the Singapore Visual Effects And Animation Group.
Valerie's love for art led her to an amazing 20 years of creative career, building brands and creative solutions for the likes of Hewlett-Packard, Procter & Gamble, Singapore Airlines and many others. She has been voted as one of Singapore's Most Influential CD for 7 years from 2011 to 2018 by the Institute Of Advertising, Singapore (IAS).
Jasmine has directed TV commercials for top brands such as Pepsi, Sony and Nokia. Throughout her film & TV career, devoted time to socially-engaged film projects to raise awareness and help fundraise for non-profit organisations.
Kwang Cheak is the Chief Executive Officer for AIC. His work experience spans over 18 years in the public, private and non-profit sectors. He started his career in the Singapore Administrative Service assuming various appointments in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower and JTC Corporation. He also held leadership appointments in McDonalds, Singapore National Employers Federation, MOH Holdings and NTUC FairPrice.

We reach out to caregivers and seniors with information on staying active and ageing well, and connect people to services they need. Ten (10) entries will be shortlisted by the organiser to be assessed by a panel of judges (constitute 70% of final score), and to the public for voting (constitute 30% of final score). Judges' criteria will be based on:
